Terms and Conditions
Rates are from £35 per person per night and include a full English breakfast. Room available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on departure day. We require a non-refundable deposit of £30 per person payable on booking. Also please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance which includes cover for you in the event you have to cancel. Your booking will be confirmed by email or in writing. Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to the property and its contents.
